Life is a “Cabaret” at Hotel Zoso
(PALM SPRINGS, CA – July 9, 2009)
Relax by – or in – the pool at Hotel Zoso when Dive-In Movies return with “Cabaret” on Friday, July 17 at 8:00 PM. The event will be a fundraiser benefiting 100 WOMEN, a major donor group of Desert AIDS Project serving women and children living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
“Cabaret” won eight Academy Awards in 1972, including Best Actress for Liza Minnelli and Best Supporting Actor for Joel Grey. Movie admission is free but donations to 100 WOMEN are encouraged. Moviegoers are also asked to bring canned food items that will be donated to Well in the Desert.
Make sure to purchase raffle tickets for chances to win items including an emerald-cut, blue topaz ring, a private wine-tasting party for 16 featuring a sommelier, and a two-night stay at Hotel Zoso. All raffle proceeds will also benefit 100 WOMEN.
The event will be hosted by members of Cabaret Zoso, including Bella da Ball. Hotel Zoso is located at 150 S. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs.
