Please plan to arrive at the Convention Center no later than 4:45PM.
Television stations should set up live remote equipment on Alvarado near the loading dock on the southwest corner of the Convention Center. TV press is encouraged to cover the gala, if cleared in advance. Protocol is identical to PS Film Fest – distance from head of red carpet; wrapped tires, if parked on PSCC patio; etc.
Other TV footage, still photography, and interviews with honorees, presenters, and other celebrities will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 PM ONLY in the Mesquite D and E.
Interviews with gala attendees may be conducted until, but no later than, 6:45 PM as guests arrive and mingle.
By 6:45 PM, all media not seated must cover the event from the back of the dining room throughout the remainder of the evening.
