- 5:15 PM – first attendee arrivals for opening of silent auction
- 5:30 PM – media arrival through loading dock
- 6:00 PM – celebrity interviews and photos in Oasis Room
- 7:00 PM – awards and dinner
Media Schedule
- Please plan to arrive at the Convention Center no later than 5:30 P.M. Television stations should set up live remote equipment on the Convention Center’s loading dock off of Avenida Caballeros. TV press is encouraged to cover the gala with one camera if cleared in advance.
- All media not seated must enter through the loading dock off of Avenida Caballeros and be in place in the dining room (Oasis Room) by 5:45 P.M.
- Photography and interviews with celebrities, presenters and honorees will take place from 6:00 P.M to 6:30 P.M. ONLY in the dining room.
- By 6:45 P.M., all media not seated must cover the event from the back of the dining room throughout the remainder of the evening.
- Other interviews may be conducted as guests arrive at the gala on Saturday.
